By combining the academic expertise of our team member, who holds an advanced degree obtained abroad and completed doctoral studies in Türkiye, with our firm’s practical experience, we provide comprehensive legal support. We advise and represent clients in matters involving medical malpractice, patients’ rights, the responsibilities of healthcare professionals and institutions, and disputes arising from healthcare legislation.

Contracts, Real Estate, Construction and Foundations Law
We provide legal support to individuals and legal entities in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, as well as in the resolution of disputes arising from contractual relationships. We also advise and represent clients in matters relating to foundations, real estate and construction law, including title deed transactions, the legal status of real property, construction contracts and matters arising under foundations legislation.

Our Team
Dr. Hatice Özçelik
Attorney at Law, Mediator
She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. She received her master’s degree in Private International Law from the University of Wales, where she completed her thesis on The Control of Mergers and Acquisitions in Türkiye and the European Union. She also completed internships in London at Monckton Chambers and Pritchard Englefield.
She has extensive experience in drafting construction agreements in return for land share and other construction contracts, negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements including software and licensing contracts, and managing urban transformation projects from the initial stage through to completion. She became a certified mediator in 2016 and completed specialized training in Health Law.
She has served as an instructor in Administrative Law at the Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Center. She currently teaches at Medipol University Vocational School and completed her PhD in Health Law at the Medipol University Institute of Social Sciences in 2026.
She is fluent in English.

She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Between 2015 and 2017, she served as a member of the Board of Directors of Aktur A.Ş.
She has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of construction agreements, particularly construction agreements in return for land share, as well as real estate sale promise agreements, lease agreements, matrimonial property agreements, supply agreements and sale and purchase contracts. She also has significant advisory and litigation experience in the establishment and management of foundations, divorce, matrimonial property, labor law, custody and guardianship, alimony and inheritance matters.
She has completed training in Family Law and Matrimonial Property Regimes for Legal Experts, as well as mediation training. She has also attended numerous seminars and professional training programs in Contract Law and Urban Transformation Law.
She is proficient in English.
